An Edinburgh Scotsman from a wealthy family, Louis struggled his entire life with hemorrhagic telangiectasia, a rare hereditary disease resulting in pulmonary bleeding. He was a brilliant writer, who lived life to the fullest and became an adventurer despite his infirmity. A man who loved with a careless heart and only asked to be loved in return.
A fictional biography, some aspects of dialogue, character and scenes have been reimagined.
