Are you feeling stiff from the winter and ready to invite more movement again? Spring into Dance is a gentle and fun way to wake up your body and get your blood moving!
This workshop draws inspiration from Roma dances and creative movement. The class will help you feel more connected, enlivened and empowered as we take the first steps into Spring!
We will learn how to wake up the individual parts of the body and then to increase our confidence in expression through movement. We will also spend time attuning to the group and learning how to feel a part of the greater rhythm.
