Expressive Dance is a class series to unblock your creativity, find connection and transform suffering into insight and joy. This course will invite you to find a rich source of expression and connection with yourself and others through dance. We will get moving!

“Through the six weeks of the class, I returned to a greater awareness of my body through dance. It helped me to develop my own movement practice, taking me out of the chaos of everyday and giving me a touchstone of connection to my inner self. Tapping into a sense of other cultures was also freeing, allowing a new and different sense of movement.
All was enlivening. The lessons were brought to a level that was just challenging enough and still fun.””
